This Doubles Strategy class will be taught by coach Forrest Bankston. Players will play actual games (a set) under the watchful eye of Coach Forrest. Forrest will intermittently pause play to guide players in recognizing missed opportunities, and better shot selection, court positioning, and movement patterns.
If a player’s technique is causing consistent difficulties, Forrest will address them as much as possible within the parameters of the movement and strategy goals. In other words, stroke technique is emphasized less and proper court positioning, movement, shot selection and strategy is emphasized.
